Just wanted to drop you a quick note to shower praises on you, Chef and the staff at the Bistro. My wife and I were in last Saturday (4-16) for our 20th anniversary celebration. We came in at 6:30 and the place was packed that night and honestly I thought service may suffer a bit with all the surrounding needs of diners. But not so. We were whisked to our table in a matter of minutes of arriving and all was there as I had requested from you. The flowers, champagne and glasses awaited our entrance. Belissima!
My wife was truly surprised and I was more than relieved.
Thanks to you all at The Bistro for a memorable evening of great service, fine wine and food and a 20th anniversary we'll cherish for a long, long time.
Sorry we have been away so long, but we're back and we'll make the drive to Kent to come and see you again real soon.

I was there for dinner on February 11th as a surprise for my daughter's birthday. She and her husband live in Kent, and are regulars at the Bistro. I live in Evansville,IN, and whenever I visit with them, a trip to the Bistro is a must.
Our dinner was delicious and our service was excellent--as it always is. The asparagus bread sticks are a favorite and I always have a difficult time deciding on an appetizer because I want to try something different, but want the bread sticks too! It's truly a dilemma.
Thank you for a wonderful dining experience EVERY time we're there.

Just letting you know that our visit to the Bistro on August 4th was incredible. My boyfriend brought me for the first time for our 1 year anniversary. It's his favorite restaurant and our experience more than lived up to his ravings. I loved the blue cheese, raspberry, pecan salad, the porchetta-wrapped fish, grilled asparagus, and choc pot....not to mention the wine we had. On top of the wonderful food, our waitress was the perfect balance of attentive but not annoying and had a lot of good recommendations with descriptions of the food that showed she knew what she was talking about. If I remember, Sonja was her name. It could not have been better, besides the annoying guests beside us, but we did not think to ask to be moved until later. We hope to come back for our next special occasion! Thank you.
